E-Resources Access Information

To report a problem accessing electronic content, library staff and librarians should send an description of the problem to libera@indiana.edu.

Be sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

1. Specific content the patron wanted to access
2. Description of problem (error message text and/or screencaps are helpful)
3. IP address - https://ip4.me
4. Did the problem occur on or off campus?
5. Browser used (including version)
6. Operating system (Windows, iOS, Android, etc.)
7. How resource was accessed (i.e. A-Z list, IUCAT, OneSearch, etc.)
8. Kind of device (i.e. PC, Mac, android tablet, etc.)

We may follow up with requests for more information depending on the type of problem that has occurred and our ability to replicate the issue.
