If a patron indicates that an e-book they need to use does not work with their assistive technology (e.g. screen reader), please notify the Electronic Resources Acquisitions helpdesk (libera@indiana.edu). Please provide the following information in your email:
A member of the ERA team will reach out to the content provider to obtain a copy of the e-book that works with the patron's assistive technology. The providers ERA has worked with thus far have been very responsive to these requests and can usually supply the requested format within 1-3 days.
