Bibliographies save you time!
A bibliography lists sources on your topic, and sometimes there are annotations that help you better understand what a source is about.
Access to brief introductions and extensive annotated bibliographies of topics in music research with an emphasis on composers and their works as well as periods in music history.
Print bibliographies are in the Reference section of the Music Library.
To see if there is a bibliography on your topic, try searching IUCAT by adding keywords such as:
For example, a search for "guide research mozart" might lead you to a bio-bibliography about Mozart.
Try visiting the guide You Already Have the Citation, which gives you tips on how to find a source when you have a citation from a bibliography.
