The Séamus Connolly Collection of Irish Music

The Séamus Connolly Collection of Irish Music is a digital collection created by Boston College. The collection hosts a number of traditional songs and tunes collected by the collection's namesake: master fiddle player Séamus Connolly. The collection contains over 330 audio recordings, PDF transcriptions and documents, and features more than 130 musicians. 


Irish Traditional Music Archive

The Irish Traditional Music Archive is a national public archive and resource center for Irish traditional music, song, and dance. Located in Dublin, Ireland, they are a globally-recognized specialist advisory agency to advance appreciation, knowledge, and the practice of Irish traditional music. Though their physical location is not in the U.S., they do feature an expansive digitized collection of sound recordings, books, videos, manuscripts, and images selected from ITMA collections.
