Trauma-Informed Childcare: Strategies for Supporting At-Risk Early Childhood StudentsThis project aims to establish a sustainable and high-quality childcare center focusing on at-risk families while also serving the broader community. I intend to ensure financial stability and operational excellence by creating a comprehensive enrollment and contract framework. My approach prioritizes children's well-being and educational development, fosters strong community and family engagement, and includes strategic facility adjustments for optimal care. Through this initiative, I seek to support the holistic development of children and provide a stable, nurturing environment for families, ultimately enhancing the childcare services' quality and consistency.
