​This LibGuide comprises some new resources (books, films, initiatives appearing after 2000) that address the Siege of Leningrad (September 8, 1941 – January 27, 1944). Many are based on newly available materials that facilitate reinterpretations of the tragic events of the Leningrad blockade.

The website collects and organizes information about the Siege of Leningrad. The author of the project is Milena Tretiakova. Participants in the project include Saint Petersburg museums and libraries. The website consists of the following major sections (each includes several subsections):

The website also includes Calendar of Events and News.
