How to apply

By Friday, May 25, 2018, complete the following two steps:

1. Fill out the online form with the following information:

• Demographic information: Name, institution, functional title, email address
• How experienced would you say you are with digital scholarship methods and practices already?
• What is your primary role at your library?
• How do you see your role changing or evolving over the next five years?
• Is there anything else you would like to tell us?
• Submit a brief, 200–300 word statement of how you envision the ARL Digital Scholarship Institute impacting your work. You may wish to describe how acquiring or augmenting your digital scholarship skills will enhance your day-to-day work supporting faculty, students, and other researchers at your home institution.

2. Ask your dean or director to submit a letter of recommendation directly to Sue Baughman at sue@arl.org.

Applicants will be informed of the status of their application on or about Wednesday, June 6, 2018.
