Welcome to the 2018 Big Ten Academic Alliance Digital Humanities Annual Meeting!
This year's meeting will be held March 15-16, 2018, at the Herman B Wells Library on the flagship campus of Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. Most activities, including meals, will occur in Hazelbaker Hall, Room E159, Scholars' Commons, Herman B Wells Library. The Scholars' Commons is located in the East Tower of the Herman B Wells Library.
"The Big Ten Academic Alliance universities Digital Humanities group began in 2011. After developing the Big Ten Academic Alliance universities Digital Humanities Environmental Scan, the group has provided opportunities for Big Ten Academic Alliance universities faculty to network with others interested in DH. Among its activities have been the Big Ten Academic Alliance universities Digital Humanities Summit, held at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in April of 2012; receptions at the Modern Language Association (MLA) conference in Seattle, the American Historical Association (AHA) conference in New Orleans and the Digital Humanities 2013 international conference in Lincoln, Nebraska; a poster session at the DH2013 conference; and a round table at the 2013 Chicago Colloquium on Digital Humanities and Computer Science at DePaul University."*
