The Indiana Historian is a magazine on varied topics in Indiana history, which demonstrates and encourages good research techniques and the use and proper documentation of a variety of primary sources. Activities are suggested to help the learning process and add resources for local and state history.
Traces of Indiana and Midwestern History is published quarterly as a benefit of membership in the Indiana Historical Society since 1989. It has explored the lives of artists, writers, politicians, performers, soldiers, entrepreneurs, homemakers, reformers, and naturalists.
