OneSearch@IU searches most of the Libraries' databases. It is a great place to start your research.

OneSearch Tutorial

OneSearch is sort of like Google for libraries. It searches within the hundreds of individual databases that IU Libraries subscribes to all at once. It primarily searches for articles.

This video tutorial shows how to access OneSearch and search effectively using filters including the use of the Peer-Review limiter.

Accessing Other Databases

Databases not listed in this guide can be accessed through the Libraries website (libraries.indiana.edu).    

If you know the database you need: search for it from the main search box. Then click on the database listed under Database Titles. 

For resources by Subject/Discipline:

For a list of all resources:

  • Click on the Research tab and select Databases A-Z
  • Choose the relevant letter or search for a specific title in the search box.
