Who's Citing Whom?
A citation index will search not only article titles and abstracts, but also their bibliographies. You can also use it to find articles that cite a particular work, thus tracing a research topic forward in time. Two of the best citation trackers are listed below: Scopus, and the Web of Science. Both cover all of the sciences and social sciences with powerful search tools.
