Bibliographies and indices

Russkie sovetskie pisateli. Poėty : biobibliograficheskiĭ ukazatelʹ / [sost. I.V. Aleksakhina, kand. filol. nauk. D.A. Berman, F.M. Bykova ... et al.]. To date the most comprehensive biobibliographical reference work. Thus far published 28 volumes in total.

 

The following three online indices should be used to scan North American (ABSEES), European, and Russian (RASB) scholarship in Slavic and East European studies.

American bibliography of Slavic and East European studies (ABSEES): Premier index to North American scholarship in Slavic and East European studies. Available online for volumes since 1990. For volumes prior to 1990 consult the annual volumes in print.

European bibliography of Slavic and East European studies (EBSEES): European equivalent of ABSEES covering European language scholarship in Slavic and East European studies. It ended in 2007.

Russian Academy of Sciences bibliographies (RASB): Online access to the INION (Institut Nauchnoi Informatsii po Obshchestvennym Naukam) bibliographies in the humanities and social sciences.
