Open Educational Resources for Nursing

This guide serves as hub for resources and information about Open Educational Resources (OER) for Nursing.

Navigating Resources

nursing students work on a simulation mannequin

Looking for Open Educational Resources (OER) can be overwhelming and time consuming. Librarians at IU have curated this list to help organize and potentially identify content and topics related to the curricula. The first list below provides repositories and other places to search for OERs. The second list parcels out specific subject areas or concepts within nursing education. This is by no means a comprehensive list, items may become dated or unavailable over time. We will periodically update the site by adding and removing content accordingly. If there are resources you know, love, and use, feel free to reach out and we will add it here!
