Set the search to Authors
In the search boxes for Author search use: Author Last name and Author first name

Alibali M.W.

The search may retrieve the author with name variants
Alibali, Martha Wagner
Alibali, Martha
Alibali, Martha W.
Alibali, M. W.
[You could also have tried Alibali Martha as a search]
You may also search by your author's ORCID number
In other searches, the variants may occur as separate entries
Select your author and Click on Show documents
You will see a list of articles that have cited the author you searched

Select Cited Reference Search
To Find the articles that cite a person's work" you may:
(Step 1) Enter information about the cited work
Keep the drop-down set to Cited Author
In the search box, type the author's last name and initial, separated only by a space
Search example:
hennessy a*

You will see a list of references which cite Hennessy a*
(Step 2) Select cited references and click "Finish Search."

Below the author search box you will see: Select from Index
Click on it and you will go to the Cited Author Index
"Use the Browse feature to locate primary cited authors to add to your query."
Enter the author's last name and click on "move to"
Select the appropriate author (all listed only by last name initial(s))
Click on add to "Transfer your selected cited author(s) below to the Cited Author field on the search page"
Click on OK

Select items
"Select All" adds the first 1000 matches to your cited reference search, not all matches. Click on Finish Search You will see a list of articles citing the author you searched
