Locating and Using Permalinks for Articles in Library Databases

Defines and discusses the use of persistent links to articles found in IU Libraries electronic resources.

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Perform a search in Nexis Uni. For example, "digital marketing."
  2. Click the title of an article.
  3. Once the article is open, click "Actions" located to the right of the article title.
  4. The permalink will appear in a in the drop-down menu. Select the link and copy it to your computer's clipboard.
  5. Paste the link in your course document in order to share the location of the article with your students.
