Onemail Instructions

Users who set up an individual account with their indiana.edu email will need to update their account to reflect their iu.edu email address before December 31, 2025. 

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Select My Profile from the dropdown menu under your name.
  3. Select Edit Profile.
  4. Update your email in the email field. 
  5. Select Save.
