One Mail instructions:

If you setup your A&AePortal account using your @indiana.edu email address, you will need to update the address to your @iu.edu email address before December 31, 2025. Please use the following instructions to update your account:

  1. From a web browser, sign in to your A&AePortal account.
  2. Under My Account select View profile from the dropdown menu.
  3. Select the Edit button and update your email in the appropriate fields. You may also update your username at this time (as it may be the same as your email).
  4. Select Save.
